Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, commonly known as RFCL, is a joint venture company promoted by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL). RFCL operates a natural-gas-based ammonia and urea complex at Ramagundam in Telangana. The company commenced commercial operations at its Ramagundam unit in March 2021.

The category-wise vacancy distribution is 22 UR, 5 SC, 3 ST, 7 OBC (NCL) and 3 EWS. Four vacancies are reserved horizontally for PwBD candidates. The vacancies are tentative and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of RFCL.
Posting Location
Out of the 40 vacancies, 35 posts are initially based at the RFCL Ramagundam Unit in Telangana, while 5 posts are initially assigned to the Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Engineer – Chemical
Candidates should possess a B.E., B.Tech or B.Sc. Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology. Experience in process operations, troubleshooting and management in hydrocarbon, petrochemical, fertilizer or other continuous-process chemical plants is required.
Minimum experience:

- Assistant Manager E-2: 3 years
- Deputy Manager E-3: 7 years
Boiler Operation Engineer certification is preferred for the relevant positions.
Engineer – Mechanical
Candidates should have a B.E., B.Tech or B.Sc. Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology.
Relevant experience includes maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machinery, static equipment and piping systems in continuous-process industries such as fertilizer, petrochemical, power, steel, cement or pharmaceutical plants.
The minimum experience for the Engineer E-1 post is 1 year.
Engineer – Electrical
Candidates should possess a B.E., B.Tech or B.Sc. Engineering qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology.
Relevant experience should include maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT power distribution systems, transformers, motors and protection systems in continuous-process plants.
The minimum required experience is 1 year.
Officer – Materials
Candidates should have either an engineering degree in any discipline, a full-time regular MBA in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management, or an eligible two-year regular PG Diploma in Materials Management.
Relevant experience includes purchasing, inventory control, inspection, stores, transportation, import management and contract management.
Minimum experience required is 1 year.
Assistant Manager – Transportation
Candidates should possess an engineering degree or the prescribed MBA/PG Diploma qualification in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management.
Experience in rake handling, railway coordination, road dispatches or transportation operations in relevant industries is required.
Minimum experience required is 3 years.
Officer – HR
Candidates should have an MBA, Integrated MBA or postgraduate degree/diploma of at least two years in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations. An LLB qualification is desirable.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in HR.
Officer – Secretarial
Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. A diploma in Executive Assistant, Office Management or Secretarial Practice is desirable.
At least 1 year of relevant executive secretarial experience is required.
Medical Posts
For the Additional CMO and CMO posts, candidates should possess an MBBS degree. MD/MS is desirable.
The minimum relevant professional experience is:

Finance & Accounts Posts
Candidates should possess CA, CMA or a two-year MBA with specialization in Finance. General MBA and dual-specialization MBA candidates are not eligible for these posts according to the recruitment conditions.

Engineer – IT
Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Technology or Information Technology, or an MCA qualification.
Relevant experience includes development and troubleshooting of business applications. Experience with Oracle Database, SAP ERP or network management is preferred.
Minimum experience required is 1 year.
Educational Qualification Conditions
The essential qualification must generally be obtained through full-time and regular study, with a minimum of 60% marks, except where CA/CMA qualifications apply.
Qualifications obtained through part-time, correspondence, distance learning, online or evening classes are not accepted for the advertised essential qualifications.
Candidates whose final-year results were not available on the eligibility cut-off date are also not eligible.
The relevant work experience must be acquired after obtaining the required educational qualification. Apprenticeship training does not count as post-qualification experience for this recruitment.

Salary and Pay Scale

For the medical posts of Additional CMO and CMO, a Non-Practicing Allowance of 20% of Basic Pay is additionally applicable.
