The remuneration is consolidated. No Dearness Allowance or other allowances are admissible. TA/DA and hotel accommodation are admissible only for official outstation duties as per applicable rules.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Academic Consultant
Essential Qualification
- Master’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute
- B.Ed./M.Ed./M.A. Education
- M.Phil./Ph.D./D.Litt. or NET/SLET
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic research, teacher education, ICT/e-content development, training, or educational policy.
Age Limit
- Maximum 65 years
2. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Consultant
Essential Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Development Studies, or Public Policy.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of senior-level experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and data analysis.
Age Limit
- Maximum 60 years
3. Academic Consultant
Essential Qualification
- Master’s Degree
- B.Ed./M.Ed./M.A. Education
- Ph.D. or NET/SLET
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in research, training, teacher education, or educational projects.
Age Limit
- Maximum 60 years
4. Outreach Consultant
Essential Qualification
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in communication, advocacy, project management, public relations, journalism, or advertising.

- Maximum 60 years
5. Graphic Cum Content Designer
Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with one-year Diploma in Graphics, Animation, Computer Applications, Media Production, or Visual Communication.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other design tools.
Age Limit
- Maximum 45 years

Contract Period
- Initial engagement for 6 months
- Extendable based on performance and organizational requirement
- Full-time contractual engagement
